Little Bentley Hall  Waterways & Garden Show

will take place again on

Saturday 1st June 2019 & Sunday 2nd June 2019

The last show we held in 2014 on one day raised £20,000 for the Church and Village. Since 2001 we have raised almost £500,000 for local charities from this event which has been held only every 3 years.

The next show with Start with a Gala Preview Evening by invitation only with a donation of at least £20 per ticket. We hope to have a Military Band Beating the Retreat.  Wine and Canapes will be served during the evening.  To ensure you get an invitation to the next event please e mail your name and address to

Our 2013 Garden Show was a wonderul event and we were able to raise £75,000 for Essex Charities. Many thanks for all those who helped and made this such a sucesful weekend.  with Public Days on Saturday 1st & Sunday 2nd June 2013.

Since 2001 these garden shows held every 3 years have raised almost  £500,000 for local charities.Events at the 2013 Show included

  Gala  Evening -   Friday 31st May 2013 6pm - 9pm

 This was a private event by Invitation only when 900 guests. Wine ,Canapes and a stroll in the Gardens, plus Art Exhibition,Silent Auction, and the Trade Stands will be open for a little retail theropy, and enjoyed the wonderful music and Marching display by the Parachute Regiment Band.

Saturday 1st June  & Sunday  2nd June 2013.  Public Days

The Show was open from 10am - 5pm

 Main features apart from the beautiful  Gardens & Waterways  will be

 Childrens  Garden Barrel competition -  to create a garden in a container that will atract Bufferflies & friendly Bugs; this is open to all Schools & youth groups in Essex & surrounding Counties - p lease go to Butterfly Barrel Page on the websites for more details and obtain an entry form to send to us.

SILENT AUCTION , run by Kelvedon & District Rotary Club  raised £9,000.

ART SHOW -  Zoe & Martyn Winner had a lovely selection of local Artists .

Colchester Centurion Rotary Club raised £3,000 with ART ON THE RUN.

Visit over 80  TRADE STANDS.-

TEA GARDEN - Afternoon Teas were provided in the Tea Garden from 12 -5.00 pm

Sorry No Dogs and No Picnics.

SUNDAY SERVICE - PRAISE IN THE GARDEN -  10.30 Sunday -   We will  again held an informal  multi faith service in the Garden, with the Colchester Salvation Army  Band and Choirs. The Bishop of Chelmsford Rt.Rev Stephen Coterell attended.
