Silent Auction
HENLEY'S ESTATE AGENTS offered to sell your House For FREE, this was sold for £500.
Was run by Colchester Centurion Rotary Club, well done Janice London and her team who managed to raise £6,000, beating our 2007 total.
In 2007 we offered a variety of Interesting lots for Auction and raised over £5,000 towards the Shows Profits. Many thanks to the members of Kelvedon Rotary Club for their wonderful efforts.
Bidding will continue all weekend, and Lots will be sold to the Highest Bidder of each item at 4pm on Sunday afternoon of the Show.
Could you help us with a lot for our SILENT AUCTION for our Major Charity Garden Shows.
We expect between 15-20,000 visitors to visit each Garden Show , and we again hope to raise in excess of £100,000 over the weekend with your help.See the shows Web sites for the Charities each is supporting.
We are seeking LOTS/ prizes such as
- A Day at the Races or Breakfast with a Trainer on the Gallops
A days Shooting or Fishing
- Cook a meal for Dinner Party.
- A Holiday Cottage or Hotel Rooms.
- A Sculpture or Painting.
- Golf
- Concert or Ballet Tickets.
- Cruise.
- Flights
- Sporting Tickets – Football, Cricket, Tennis.
- Dinner.
