Garden Shows Programme 2008 & 2009
Following the great sucess of the Little Bentley Hall Waterways & Garden Show in June 2007 when £100,000 was raised for local Charities, the following Charity Garden Shows have now been planned for 2008 and 2009
Abbots Ripton Hall Garden Show -
20th-22nd June 2008
at Abbots Ripton Hall, Near Huntingdon, Cambridge home of Lord & Lady De Ramsey

West Woodhay House Garden Show , Newbury, Berkshire - 19th- 22nd June 2009
This beaufiful garden with 5 lakes and magnificent Parkland will again host our Charity Show.

Stradsett Hall Garden Show. Kings Lynn, Norfolk 3rd - 5th July 2009
Sir Jermemy & Lady Bagge's gardens at Stradsett will be the setting for our East of England Charity Show which will be in aid of Norfolk Hospice, Tapping House, RAF & Army Benevolent Funds, Norfolk Womens Institute, the CLA Charitable Trust and other Norfolk Charities

The programme for all three shows will follow the following similar Format
Friday Evening
We will have a GALA EVENING - this is a private event by Invitation only for about 700 guests..
We hope to improve on the immense success of the original event held at Little Bentley; there will be wine and lots of food in these beautiful gardens and we will have the accompaniment of a Jazz Band. Cost will be £15-17 per Head.

Saturday & Sunday Public Days
The Show will be open from 10am - 6pm
Entry Fee - £7. Children under 16 Free.
Groups of 20 or more may obtain advance Group Entry Tickets. (See Group Page).
Main features apart from the beautiful Gardens & Lakes will be
SHOW GARDENS COMPETITION with the theme , this is open to Garden Clubs, Garden Designers and Horticultural Colleges. Please click here for details and entry form
SCHOOLS 'Grub in a tub' competition - create an edible garden in a container; this is open to all Schools in surrounding Counties - please go to Grub in Tub Page for more details and obtain an entry form to send to us.
SILENT AUCTION , run by local Rotary Clubs - we have just started the collection of items for this auction - if you have anything that you think might be suitable please make contact; we expect some excellent items available for sale, and all will be offered on the basis that they will be sold without reserve by the time the Show closes on Sunday evening. Possible lots include "Visit to the Gallops at Lambourn", "Breakfast at a racing Stable", a day's shooting, Sporting Tickets etc.
FINE ART SHOW - Open to local Artists. Book a 8'x4' Art Display Board now.
ANTIQUES VALUATIONS Bring along your items fort Valuation

HOT & COLD FOOD will be available all day provided by
FOOD - English Hog Roast - Traditional English Sausages - The Deli - French Crepes - Tea & Coffee - Pimms Bar
TEA GARDEN - Afternoon Teas will be provided in the Tea Garden from 2 -4.30 pm
Disabled Access is possible in the gardens but is limited in some areas, particularly around the waterways.
SUNDAY SERVICE - PRAISE IN THE GARDEN - 10.30 Sunday - We will hold an informal multi faith service in the Garden, with the local Brass Band and Choirts. We hope the local Bishop will also be attending with other local Religious Leaders..
